Pilates Classes

Pilates classes are a fantastic way to build your strength as well as improve your spinal mobility. We provide classes suitable for ANYONE and everyone from beginners to seasoned cross-fitters! We also have pregnant and post natal clients in our classes.

As of September 2024…. Classes are ongoing at the following times.

Monday at 6pm (Men only)

Monday at 7pm (intermediate - advanced)

Monday at 8pm (intermediate - advanced)

Tuesday at 9:15am (mixed ability)

Wednesday at 6pm (Back to Basics)

Wednesday at 7pm (intermediate)

Thursday at 7:30am (early morning go with the flow!)

Thursday at 9:30am (slower paced)

Friday at 7:30am (pre-coffee pilates!)

Friday at 9:30am (Friday fun!)

Saturday at 8am (Mixed Ability)

If you would like to ‘try before you buy’, you can contact us to organise a ‘taster’ class.

Alternatively, if. You are ready to ‘dive in’, you can buy a membership which enables you to book into one class per week at a time that suits you. This means that if you are working late etc you can easily switch to a different class.

Physiotherapy appointments.

To cope with demand I have increased my clinic times and appointments are now available Monday to Thursday between 9am and 5pm.

The best way to book an appointment is to do so using the online booking link.

INITIAL ASSESSMENTS (Standard musculoskeletal or Women’s Health) are 45-60 mins and cost £80.

You can also now book an EXPRESS 30 minute assessment for those little niggles that you just want checked or some advice for. Cost £45

FOLLOW UPS are 30 minutes long and cost £45

MummyMOT appointments are around 60 minutes long and cost £85. You can find more information about this appointment here.
