Get started with your postnatal rehabilitation at home, when it suits you, guided by a specialist Physiotherapist.
I have created a 5 week plan to get you back to feeling stronger and ready for the demands of motherhood. Each class is around 30 minutes long and is designed to be done 2-3 times in a week before you move onto the following week’s workout. You simply login to the ‘on demand’ library and complete the pre-recorded class when it suits you. No equipment is needed until the final week when we use some light weights.
If you are looking to get back into your pre-baby gym or training regime, this is a GREAT start.

Build the foundations.
Get back to basics. Get the pelvis and low back moving and find that pelvic floor again! We start by reconnecting the breath and pelvic floor.

Strengthen
Once we have mastered the pelvic floor connection we can work on strengthening up those bigger muscles. Of course, we include some gorgeous mobility moves for those sore stiff postnatal shoulders and backs.

Add some load!
We all know that babies get heavy pretty quickly! Add some car seats and lifting buggies into car boots… us mums need to be strong. In week 5 we add some light weights to prepare you for what comes next!
