Whether your goal is to be able to do the Tesco’s shop without leaking or to deadlift or run 10k - I am here to help you!

Pelvic rehab works but it takes time and consistency. To enable you to get the best possible results, we will need to work together for at least 12 weeks. You might be pushed slightly out of your comfort zone and you will most definitely have some fun along the way - what are you waiting for?!

12 week Pelvic power up programme

1 x 60 minute initial assessment

6 x 60 minute treatment sessions (may consist of manual therapy or rehabilitation work)
