Why do Pilates?

The benefits of Pilates are incredible. Not only will it improve your strength and flexibility it’ll help prevent injuries, improve posture and help you tone those muscles!

To top it all, our lovely Pilates members have created their own community so you’re sure to have a laugh and plenty of coffees!

There are a large variety of class abilities and times available so you can always get your fix each week!

Pricing

We have an array of memberships to suit your needs. Should you sign up to a membership this will be collected as a direct debit each month but can be cancelled by you at any time. Following your membership choice you can book your classes for the times and dates that suit you best using the booking system. Please select the Booking tab for more!

Flex Membership - £32 per month

This allows you one class per week from any of our timetabled classes.

Flex Extra membership- £60 per month

This allows you two classes per week from any of our timetabled classes.

Drop in- £10 per class

There is drop in availability for some of our classes. This can be paid for using the booking system or on the day of the class. If you plan to drop in, please get in touch beforehand so that we can ensure space for you.

8 weeks of Summer Offer- £60

There are two options for this membership. You can choose from June/July or July/August.

The 8 weeks of Summer Offer allows you to book 1 class a week over 8 weeks for the two months you have selected. You can get your Pilates fix even if you are on holiday, taking time away or simply wanting to try Pilates for size!

For example; If you have selected July/August, you can book onto a class a week from any class that occurs in July and August over the course of 8 weeks.
